I spent 60 minutes jogging on the treadmill yesterday and it killed my shins, but I felt amazing nonetheless.
Food-wise wasn’t great. I slept throughout most of the day and didn’t have much more than an energy bar.
Fatigue has been a problem for me as of late. I attribute this mostly to my forgetfulness (I have a bad habit of forgetting to take my levothyroxine). This is likely going to hinder any progress.
I think I made up for those missed calories though, because today I binged like a madwoman. Bananas, leftovers and trout galore!

After numerous attempts at sleeping, I’ve decided to hop in the shower, then get on the treadmill. I’m not sure how long I’ll be able to go, but I’m hoping to do intervals until I feel like passing out.
The good thing about off-skate workouts: derby stench won’t be seeping into my pores afterward. The downside is that it’s not nearly as fun.
